Your diary never leaves your phone, so there is nothing stored on our servers to delete. To erase it from your device:
This immediately and permanently removes every profile, diary entry, photo and log from your device. It cannot be undone.
If you've posted in the anonymous Community, those posts are stored on our server so other members can see them (never with your name, only an anonymous session id). To delete one:
This removes it from our server immediately and permanently.
Email us and we'll delete your Community posts on our end:
Since posts are anonymous, please include the country and approximate date/text of the post(s) so we can find them. We'll confirm once they're deleted, usually within a few days.
Diary data (entries, photos, profiles, logs) is stored only on your own device. We never receive it, so there is nothing on our end to retain or delete.
Community posts and replies are kept on our server until you (or we, on your request) delete them — there's no automatic expiry. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Anonymous session id: used only so the app can tell which Community posts are yours to delete. It carries no name, email or other personal information, and is not linked to your diary.
